Rosenblums Eclectic Photography/Samantha and Chris Tucson Wedding
Written on 4/11/2017 by John Rosenblum
Love and Laughter is the best way to describe Samantha and Chris. We spent a glorious afternoon on Mt. Lemon, approximately a year ago, celebrating this couples Engagement. This Engagement Session was so enjoyable that my Wife and I were quit eager to photograph their upcoming Wedding, which was appropriately scheduled on April 1st, (April Fools Day).
April Fools Day; The custom of setting aside a day for the playing of harmless pranks upon one’s neighbor which is recognized widely throughout the world.
This Couple (who were obviously made for each other), had a Wedding filled with elaborate, loving Pranks, which was located at the famous Savoy Opera House in Tucsons Trail Dust Town. This Wedding featured rubber chickens, FBI ring security, a T-Rex Bride, Will Ferrel Cutouts, Jail ceils, a Thriller dance, and an outgoing Bridal party. We photographed with large smiles on our faces the entire evening, and were honored to be surrounded by true love. Congratulations Samantha and Chris.

Rosenblums Eclectic Photography/ Tucson Boudoir Photography
Written on 3/7/2017 by John Rosenblum
What is boudoir? Boudoir: French for a woman’s private room or bedroom, or in photography terms, a bedroom, hotel or somewhere that creates an intimate setting for classy and romantic images. Boudoir photography is becoming more and more popular, with photo shoots and boudoir albums making excellent gifts for your significant others. These photos are also used as a way to document how great you look and feel about yourself at this given time. We strive to capture the sensuality and mystique of the boudoir vibe while maintaining our clients’ dignity, privacy and above all, their boundaries.
Thanks to Amber Ramirez who is not only STUNNING, with an Eclectic style, she is also a very talented photographer.

My Wife and I where out on the town, while hunting libations, stumbled on a familiar figure lighting up a cigar in the shadows. Dressed in his best formal ensembles, perhaps waiting to welcome his true forbidden love, Jean Grey, We realized we were in the presence of famous X-Men, Wolverine( Chris Maida ). Wolverine trained as a soldier, a C.I.A. operative, a samurai, a spy, and a member of the X-Men, Wolverine has exceptional hand-to-hand combatant, mastered virtually every fighting style on Earth, not to mention he possesses the ability to regenerate damaged or destroyed areas of his cellular structure at a rate far greater than that of an ordinary human. We spied on Wolverine as he drank whisky and noticed that Wolverine is a true trouble Magnet. Rosenblum Eclectic Photography Is Tucsons new Premier Cosplay Photographers.

TrouVaille Salon & Spa/ Rosenblums Eclectic Photography
Written on 4/1/2016 by Lisa Rosenblum
I often research the best ways to relive stress for Brides on there Special Days. As we all know, despite our Wedding Days being one of the greatest days of our lives, Brides often procure a large amount of stress worrying about every detail. I had the honor to shadow a Bride and her Wedding Party, first thing in the morning, to a stress free euphoric environment, The TrouVaille Salon and Spa. We Were immediately greeted with smiles from professional Stylists, which included the owner, Jenny Ritchie. This endeavor also featured a Continental style breakfast which helped keep the youngsters at bay while there Moms received the Royal Treatment. Since the Staff were cloaked with kind and gentle natures, it seamed that all the prior stress seemed to decipitate. The Staff catered to all there requests and desires, so the whole Wedding Party looked fabulous, which is the first priority on all Wedding Days. TrouVaille specializes in facials, pedicures, manicures, haircare, skin care, and full body treatments, the ideal place to rejuvenate, relax, and revitalize. Rosenblums Eclectic Photography recommends visiting Trouvaille before any major event or if you just want to indulge Yourself.

Tucson Wedding Night Photography / Rosenblums Eclectic Photography
Written on 6/10/2015 by John Rosenblum
My Wife and I like to recommend to our beloved Wedding Clients a First Look Session prior to the actual Wedding Day. The First Look Session is some what at Wedding dress rehearsal, that could help reduce stress on your busy Wedding Day, by getting the Bride and Groom Portraits complete rather then worrying about getting them handled on the actual Day, as long as this will not conflict with any of your personal Wedding traditions or superstitions. What we like to recommend as Tucson Wedding Photographers is a Downtown Night Photography Session. Instead of a more traditional day time session with light blues and dark greens, you can choose to get an unorthodox look by waiting till the sun goes down, so that the world can get transformed into a beautiful canvas featuring different color temperatures, bright city lights, interesting water reflections, attractive light trails, and moonlit skies.

Tucson Wedding Photography / Wedding Bouquet Preservation Tips
Written on 2/12/2015 by Lisa Rosenblum
Recently My Husband and I had a Photo Shoot with a Bride who carried a beautiful Rose Bouquet. During the day the Roses already started to wilt which saddened the Bride who of course wanted to cherish these roses as long as possible. At this small endeavor the Bride did not have the traditional Bouquet toss. I gave the bride a few tips that would definitely increase the Bouquets longevity or for any centerpiece, or arrangement that can be taken home.
1. Cut Stems at a 45 degree angle and place under warm running water.
2. If possible place Vase in a cool environment for about 3 hours.
3. Add a flower food mix to the vase witch can be purchased at any flower store.
4. Add fresh water daily and keep flowers out of direct sunlight or to close to any air vents.
There are also some house items that are recommended to preserve flowers and keep bacteria from growing like soda, apple cider, sugar, vodka, or even a copper coin.
Thanks Lisa Rosenblum

Tucson Wedding and Portrait Posing Advice/Rosenblums Eclectic Photography
Written on 1/20/2015 by John Rosenblum
Ive been told that, for some, going to a Photo Session compares to going to the Dentist. I can speak from personal experience, that I hate being photographed because I feel that Im not in the best shape that I can be in, and perhaps Ill never be satisfied. A good Photographers job is to make each individual look there best with different posing technics. The Trick is to look as natural as possible and not look posed. My best advice is to practice in the mirror prior to the session. Here are some tips that can really help:
-rather then standing straight at the lens turn to a slight 45 degree angle with a pointed toe and elbows away from your body.
-stand up straight and dont slouch.
-relax shoulders so they fall naturally
-lean slightly forward and tilt your head slightly back to remove double chins and this also will accentuates your eyes.
-relax your forehead to remove wrinkles and you wont have a surprised look.
Rosenblums Eclectic Photography strives to make everyone look as attractive as possible at all our Photo Sessions, or on Your Special Day

Our Work Horse for Portraits and Weddings/Rosenblums Eclectic Photography
Written on 7/27/2014 by John Rosenblum
As you Know Rosenblums Eclectic Photography only provides all customers with 2nd-2 None Imagery for Weddings and Portrait Sessions. Our #1 tool is the Canon 70-200 2.8L Telephoto Lens. This Lens is our first choice when we attend any Wedding or Family Portrait Session. Wide Angle lenses, (which are great for landscape or environmental shots), have a tendency to distort bodies in portraits. We also strive not to be a bother during wedding ceremonies, so with this lens we can camp out in the rear of the Venue and not be seen. This Lens is 2nd-2-None with Image resolution, clarity, accurate focus, speed, performance, and optical quality.
Reviews:
"This lens has superior sharpness I couldn't get anywhere else and during high speed motion, it was second to none."
"This lens is very sharp ! and Id say the best lens Ive ever owned."
"This is the best lens I have ever used in 20+ years as a Canon user. I use this lens more than any lens in my collection!"

2-4 The Price of 1 Photographers/Rosenblums Eclectic Photography
Written on 9/3/2014 by John Rosenblum
The 3 Main reasons 2 photographers are essential for weddings
1. We can be at 2 different places at the same time. Wedding Days can be your most stressful day ever. With 2 Photographers who are corralling, staging, posing, and photographing different groups at the same time, speeds up portrait times, so Guests and the Bride and Groom can enjoy more of their Special Day. Speeding up Portrait times is essential, because the Bridal Party and Families hate standing around waiting to get their picture taken when they can be enjoying Cocktail Hour or the Reception. During the reception 1 photographer can cover the dance Floor while the other Photographer can be in the lobby taking Formal Portraits, or visiting tables.
2. 2 Photographers, 2 Styles, 2 Vantage points. There will be 2 different unique styles with 2 Photographers, because everyone sees things differently, so customers will receive a variety of eclectic images. 2 Photographers allows 2 different vantage points, different angles, different lenses, which produces different viewpoints of the same scene.
3. 2 Photographers= Double the coverage. More Images of your Special Day !
